Hi Friends! I am Katherine but my friends call me Katie. I am a Pastry Chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America back in 2019. I am currently working at Great River Golf Course as their Head Pastry Chef. Like most every pastry chef that you will meet, they would tell you that they started baking at a young age, just like I did. While growing up, I always knew that I wanted to be a pastry chef, watching Buddy Valastro on Cake Boss. Pastries has always been a great passion of mine. I am looking forward to speaking with you to help you make your parties or life events come to life
