My Name is Katie

I started to fall in love with baking when I was only six year's old.  That is when I began baking with my Grandmother.  I have loved baking ever since.  If you ask any Chef, you will hear a similar story.  I have dreamed of owning my own bakery.  This is the first step in making that dream come true. I want to some day see my bakery listed as the best bakery in Connecticut.   I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and since then I have worked my way up in various restaurants and am currently working as a Head Pastry Chef at an exclusive golf club, making seasonal menus, and insuring every  pastry is full of passion and love, the way I was taught while working with my Grandmother. Please give me a chance to make my impression on your next party.
